Microsoft Lists is a new app designed for Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. The app will arrive this summer according to Microsoft.

Microsoft Lists is a Microsoft 365 app that help users track information and organize work. Microsoft says that Lists are very simple, smart, and flexible, so users can stay on top of what matters most to their team. Track issues, assets, routines, contacts, inventory and more using customizable views and smart rules and alerts to keep everyone in sync. As this app is a part of Microsoft 365, we can rely on the enterprise-ready security and compliance.
Let’s see what we have in Microsoft Lists!
In Lists home, users can create new lists, access recent, and favorite lists from one location. Simple layouts, friendly design, Lists home dashboard looks very comfy to work on.
Users can get started quickly by using the designed templates like Issue tracker, New hire checklist, Event itinerary, Recruiting and more.
Lists in Teams
Microsoft Lists is fully integrated into Teams. Users can use Teams to collaborate on lists – content and conversation side-by-side in one integrated experience.
Lists app in iOS
You can download Microsoft Lists on App Store. On your phone, you are available to create and edit all your lists.
Users can click-fill if/then steps to design rules for their team. They can also choose people, status, and value changes to send notifications and make updates.
