Overview
Viedam is a Vietnam-Denmark mold company established in 2003. Viedam implements projects and performs development tasks for the plastic and metal industries, as well as for foundries.
Viedam needed support to replace its current collaboration system. Without the necessary internal IT expertise, Viedam turned to NIFTIT to help find a solution.
Validation Portal
NIFTIT designed a portal to centralize all the information within the Viedam company, which includes order numbers, equipment numbers, order types and descriptions, and customer info. Staff and managers can now enter and – most conveniently – review tasks using the portal.
Overview Page
This feature allows managers to track all activities within each department. The Overview Page tab has a function that provides Viedam’s managers with the ability to filter data by date and log code, making the user more efficient and the process more organized.

TKE
Overview
TKE is one of the largest elevator producers in the world. Based in Germany, TKE boasts over 1,000 sales and service locations worldwide.
Needing to improve the MAP’s searchability and mobile usability, as well as its interface for non-English-speaking users, TKE reached out to NIFTIT to overhaul the SharePoint site.
Multiple Languages
Since TKE is a multinational company, NIFTIT created the Country and Language button that allows TKE staff around the world to switch the MAP to their language. With our help, the platform supports English, Chinese, Korean, and more to come.
Fully Responsive
NIFTIT designed the tablet and mobile versions of TKE’s SharePoint. We adapted it to all screen resolutions and browser widths to make it easier for users to enter the SharePoint site while on portable devices.

The Sports & Arts in Schools Foundation (SASF)
Overview
With services provided to over 20,000 of NYC’s elementary, middle, and high school students each year, SASF wanted to increase the number of images displayed throughout the site to showcase the wide variety of activities available to the participants of the foundation’s many programs. NIFTIT also created additional internal pages that allowed SASF to show donors, partners, and alumni how they can support NYC’s youth in ways that go beyond monetary donations.
Customised CMS

Custom Site Map
Of particular note is the custom map developed by NIFTIT that allows site visitors to easily search and locate SASF programs by school, location, borough, and grade level within the NY metropolitan area. We used SVG in order to give site visitors the ability to select various specific parts of the map, making it both interactive and visually appealing.
Fully Responsiveness
It was important to SASF that their site be mobile-friendly so that busy parents can check events and programs while on the go. NIFTIT’s solutions are always designed with mobile platforms as one of our chief considerations. We aim to replicate full functionality without compromising on design or user experience.

Smile Train
Overview
NIFTIT Creative designed a bespoke front-end template that is aligned to the SmileTrain company branding navigation menus, announcements widgets and calendar devices all respect organizational use of color, typography, and layout.

Multizone Clock
Custom functionality was built in to keep the worldwide SmileTrain staff in synchronization. A global ‘World Clocks’ widget is available from any screen for immediate reference. A SharePoint calendar keeps all staff notified of key company events and deadlines.
Absence Request Form
The absence request form allows end users to submit, manage and review available leave days. The tool was built using SharePoint workflows and permissions, in order to manage the requests. Managers can easily manage requests from members of their team.

Overview
Reading Habit Library is a community of learning and nurturing that provides free educational material to the public. The organization needed a website for a new project called Saigon Family. With their new endeavor, Reading Habit Library wants to help parents encourage their children to learn by collecting and sharing information about free workshops, outdoor activities, and classes hosted in HCMC’s District 2.
Design & Branding
NIFTIT Creative aimed to align the site’s visual communications with its target audience by using bright and engaging colors. The front-end also utilizes a simple layout for intuitive navigation by site visitors of all ages.
Content Management
We built the Saigon Family site on WordPress. The platform’s advanced plugins were installed by our team to allow Saigon Family staff to update the latest events and classes with ease.
Contact Form & Google Maps API
NIFTIT created a contact form for users to receive the latest information from Saigon Family via email. We also added a Google Maps API to the site so that users can quickly find the location of upcoming events and activities in HCMC.

The NYU Real Estate alumni board came to us with a common problem faced by alumni organizations: how to better facilitate connections and share knowledge among the group members.
Custom Solutions
NIFTIT developed a custom Rails application that allows alumni to better connect with one another using their LinkedIn accounts. The application creates a destination where alumni members can engage, share, and learn with their peers, as well as broadcast the latest happenings in the community and marketplace.
Web & Mobile Development
NIFTIT worked hard to ensure that the Rails solution functions with both desktop-focused web and mobile operators. Great cross-device mobile web features are integrated into the NYU Real Estate Alumni application that provides users access anywhere, anytime, and on any device – including PCs, smartphones, and tablets.

We reviewed the existing NYU Real Estate Alumni branding extensively and looked to improve it across a number of areas. Use of imagery, bespoke icons, and improved typography helped to align the group’s visual communications with their target market.

The Event Scheduler application allows users an at-a-glance view of all training opportunities available on a specific month. Interested users can quickly subscribe via the registration screen.
With the calendar acting as the default view, users can alternatively choose to see a listing summary of events.. A simple presentation of events affords users the most essential information; event name, location and timing.
Administrators and team leaders have permission to add events; utilizing custom date and time-picker widgets.

This feature effectively avoids duplication of data by pulling user information from a single source, and any update applied by Lone Star Analysis administrators is reflected in SharePoint.
Implementation of Document Tagging
NIFTIT developed the SharePoint site as a general hub to contain all of Lone Star Analysis’ data. Lone Star members can apply tags to documents and pages that they would like to easily track and reference, or that they think others might find interesting. Metadata (columns) and other settings for a category of items or documents are effectively managed in Microsoft SharePoint.
Archived Site
The Lone Star Analysis team came to us with a common problem faced by many modern organizations: how to facilitate connections and best manage documents (and resources) within a digitally collaborative environment. Lone Star had too many documents spread across their subsites, making the information difficult to search and retrieve.
Also, past documents necessary for future use required a significant amount of storage space that Lone Star did not have. To help the company organize its data, NIFTIT ran an audit of the documents within the existing site from which Lone Star determined what needed to be deleted or archived.
The option to archive was made possible by our development of a site specifically for data that was important, but not needed in the immediate future by the organization. With NIFTIT’s recommendations as to how best to manage the archiving procedure, the archived site became a safe space for Lone Star to store documents in an orderly and searchable manner.

Fablab Saigon should be delivering their company communications with a confident sense of style and elegance that compliments their portfolio and clientele.
We propose a full guideline for proper and consistent application of typography across print and digital communication assets.
Creative Process
The new Fablab Saigon logo can be presented with or without the supporting text, depending on the context for use. This concept has been created to make the Fablab Saigon identity stand out against its peers and competitors.
Corporate Identity
NIFTIT Creative took the initiative to lead the revamp of FabLab visual identity. Logo devices can be reused across many different mediums and presentations. The distinctive colours and shapes are easily recognizable for promoting the brand.
Although this is a pro-bono project, our team professionally and actively followed up with client to ensure a smooth and productive collaboration experience.
FabLab Saigon is pleased that the new logo has a cool factor to it that conveys their spirit as a youthful and dynamic community very well.

Overview
Enterra’s focus on recycling renewable food waste allowed NIFTIT to develop an engaging site, rich with imagery, infographics and multimedia content explaining many aspects of the company operations.

NIFTIT Creative coordinated with Enterra Feed Corporation to strengthen their branding and reinvigorate their company homepage with new multimedia content and a reconfigured content management system.
A short animated video that details more about the company was embedded in to company homepage. The styling was created to blend well with the site, to avoid being obtrusive to business users or repeated visitors.

With numerous data collection points and advanced functionality, we were required to design a fluid and logical user workflow.
Many layers of nested functionality required much reiteration during the storyboarding phase, resulting in clean and consistent visual signposting for users to monitor progress, validation and submission.
